MAKSAD/ INTENT

To Provide a well trained veteran as Executive Assistant (EA) to senior citizens with an aim to maintain a comfortable standard of living based on a system tailor-made to the client’s need.

Support Structure

  • Complete Oversight. Initiative led and monitored by an Army Officer – veteran of 30 years in Army – Colonel Rahul Sinha
  • Operational Cells. Initiative led and monitored by an Army Officer – veteran of 30 years in Army – Colonel Rahul Sinha
    • All EAs would be directly monitored by Col Rahul Sinha (Retd).
    • All EAs would be veterans, handpicked deligently selected for right service attitude – guaranteed safety & security.
    • Each cell led by a “Executive Assistant (EA)” – dedicated, trained, reliable veteran who provides personalised support and supervision to the cliental.
    • Col Rahul Sinha, EA, client and nominated family member (at least one Indian and one abroad) would be in closed communication group.
    • Catering to limited clients in close geographical area.

Modus Operandi/ Tarkeb

  • On initial connect, Col Rahul Sinha would arrange a meeting with the clients in India.
  • During the meeting, exact nature of service required by the clients would be listed out.
  • The service portfolio along with the charges would be shared with the initial connect. Any additional service desired would be placed in bouquet.
  • On signing up of service, a primary EA would be introduced to the client.
  • The EA would interact with the client on regular basis – as many times a day as required, and draw up schedule of tasks for the next day.
  • EA schedule would be drawn so as to assist the client in all tasks as per clients convenience.
  • EA would visit the client’s residence on a given day of the week, accompanied by particular service provider and execute the task of the day (Purn Sahyog). For Sahyog services, same would be carried out online.
  • EA would personally ensure work completed according to client’s standard.
  • Regular feedback by end of the day in the closed communication group.
